ShipSmart™ does not facilitate returned packages or accept responsibility for incorrectly ordered items, items with missing parts, or incorrectly delivered items. However, if your items are visibly damaged or missing an item, we will HOLD the package at our Florida office and contact you for further instructions. We are not liable for any hidden damage. Items that are insured are only insured for transport from our Florida location to the collection or delivery of your package in Grand Bahama. We strongly advise you to inspect your packages before signing for them, as we will not be held responsible for them after this point.
